Limitations and indications:

  • Do not use as joint support. Wrap around joints, perform mobility movements, and remove. Prolonged use will constrict blood flow.
  • Inspect your bands prior to each use. If there is any damage such as a tear, nick, or cut do not continue using and discard
  • Keep the bands away from sharp objects, or abrasive rough surfaces
  • Do not stretch the bands more than 1.5x its resting length
  • Do not expose the bands to prolonged sunlight, salt or chlorinated water
