Limitations and indications:
- Ensure grips are the correct size before using or chalking. Sizing is approximate.
- When measuring, place your index, middle, and ring finger into the holes and adjust the velcro strap comfortably around your wrist. You should be able to nearly open your hand fully so the leather lies flat in your hand.
- Recommended to be used on bare steel or powder coated bars. Also suitable for barbells, kettlebells, rings, etc.
