Special Order Process

 

One of our objectives is to offer you the most varied, relevant and best strength training stuff from Earth. But it’s definitely a tall order, so if you’re looking for a specific equipment/gear that’s not being sold through TheRack.Co Philippines yet and you want them, we’d like to ask for your trust in sourcing them for you.

Getting your special equipment/gear will be handled through our Special Order Process (SOP). For an SOP to move forward, here are the following steps:

1. Get in touch with us via our Contact Us page, email phstore@therack.co, or through mobile/Viber +639234450140, with a) the name of the equipment/gear with detailed features list – color, additional attachments, size, etc., and b) delivery address we’ll most likely have to send the equipment/gear to.
2. We’ll reply to you with a cost estimate and relative lead time as soon as we can. For most request, we’ll be able to get back to you within 1-5 business days. The cost estimate includes all the necessary shipping, taxes, dues, and possible warranties TheRack.Co Philippines may extend.
3. If you decide to proceed, we’ll require a 40% non-refundable downpayment, to be paid through the options we’ll provide you with. Once paid, please let us know so we can confirm. Once confirmed, we’ll immediately proceed with getting the equipment/gear for you already.
4. After waiting through the lead time, we’ll notify you when your Special Order arrives. We’ll then request for the 60% balance to be paid for, and we’ll deliver to your doorstep ASAP.

On a side note, we know how scary it may feel to entrust your hard-earned money to us, especially if you’re a first-time customer. And while we can shout to the heavens we’re reeeeeeeally trustworthy and we won’t steal your money, that really doesn’t hold much value for you.
