Rogue Adjustable Bench 3.0 is the newest version of Rogue’s adjustable bench. This bench comes in a rock-solid, sturdy frame with three (3) seat adjustment options and ten (10) back positions (0 to 85 degrees) for a wider range of bench training exercises. Users can now choose from 30 different configurations to target custom workouts and common exercises like chest presses, ab crunches, bicep curls, leg extensions, seated dumbbell rows, etc. It also features a 1-inch gap between the seat and back pads, so users can feel more comfortable performing exercises without feeling the discomfort on a disjointed bench.

The solid foundation of the Rogue Adjustable Bench 3.0 is in its 3×3 11-gauge steel construction in a bolt-together design, finished in black powder coat for anti-corrosion. This bench also comes with upgraded custom rubber feet for floor protection and stability. More robust than its previous versions, the 3.0 bench is collapsible and can be stored upright.

This is the stainless model – upgraded version of the Rogue Adjustable Bench 3.0 which includes the brushed stainless steel rails and premium rubber wheels. Available in MG Black and MG Red frame finishes.

Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao

For items fitting standard pouches and boxes of our trusted delivery service providers, the shipping fee will be provided automatically upon checkout.
For items with large or non-standard shipping dimensions, you will be prompted to request for a shipping fee quote upon checkout. Once a request is made by clicking on the prompt, expect to be notified of your shipping fee quote via email or sms within 24 business hours (excluding holidays and weekends). Once your shipping fee quote is available, you may return to your cart and finally checkout.

PICK-UP

If you need ‘em quick and the option more convenient for you, you may also pick-up your strength stuff from our designated pick-up location at San Juan City Metro Manila.

What qualifies for Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:

Item ordered doesn’t match the item delivered.
Right after unwrapping / opening, the item is seen with slight to severe damages – discoloration, scratches, incomplete parts.

Size of your purchased item does not fit you. In this instance, please be aware that you will shoulder the process and delivery costs associated with the replacement (sending returns, picking up the exchanged items, etc.). Please be aware of the following:
- For consumable items, please use as little of it as possible. We’ll only consider eligibility if the item is at least 90% unused.
- Do not apply chalk, solution or any substance when you’re not yet satisfied or comfortable with your purchase. We will only consider purchased items eligible for returns, refunds, and exchanges if they’re unused (not used during trainings or workouts, deliberate torture testing,etc), in good condition (no chalks, solutions,liquids, sweat, etc were applied) and with no missing parts.
- Do not immediately destroy or throw away the original packaging. Items should be returned with the original packaging that is intact and no slight to severe damages.
- Do not intentionally subject your purchase to torture-test methods.
- TheRack.Co reserves the right to reject Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges requests if it sees that the item/s of concern do not meet the criteria. Thus, for the item/s of concern that don’t meet the requirements, the customer will shoulder the pick-up/delivery costs to return back the rejected item to his/her address.

ON WARRANTIES

The Warranty covers any defect in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. The Warranty Period varies per item, and starts on the day you’ve received your item/s. During the Warranty Period, you can file for a Warranty Claim, of which we’ll either refund your purchase in full, or replace the item – in whole or part depending on the item – at minimal to no extra charge. The replacement item will carry the remaining warranty of the original item.
