Seven soft yet reinforced handles provide secure, comfortable grips for cleans, squats, lunges, and rotational movements without chafing.

Each sandbag includes internal filler bags with industrial hook-and-loop closures to contain sand securely and allow easy load adjustments. Available in Small (5–25 lb), Medium (25–75 lb), and Large (50–125 lb) capacities, it adapts to any training level or space.
