What qualifies for Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:

Item ordered doesn’t match the item delivered.
Right after unwrapping / opening, the item is seen with slight to severe damages – discoloration, scratches, incomplete parts.

ON WARRANTIES

The Warranty covers any defect in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. The Warranty Period varies per item, and starts on the day you’ve received your item/s. During the Warranty Period, you can file for a Warranty Claim, of which we’ll either refund your purchase in full, or replace the item – in whole or part depending on the item – at minimal to no extra charge.
