A feature that makes deadlifting less technique intensive which allows lifters to execute a wider range of lifting exercises. Aside from performing varying deadlift movements, lifters can carry out lunges, bend-over rows, tricep extensions, carries and cambered squats. Adding up to the ease-of-use is the moderate knurling which avoids skin abrasions or calluses.
With its apparently unique and less-intimidating design, the Eleiko Öppen Bar comes with an integrated loading jack. This is the bar’s most awesome feature which separates it from the rest as it enables counterbalance and easy racking on the sleeves. No need for wedges nor stand-alone deadlift jack to load weight plates on the bar. The loading jack’s end is made of rubber which secures any platform from scratch.
