Setting a new standard for a 21st century indoor machine, it features an advance PM5 Performance Monitor, improved user-friendly designed handles, adjustable foot-rests, and a flywheel that was for minimal noise and smooth movement. It boasts a comfortable 14” seat height with an aluminum I-beam monorail and stainless steel track for a consistent back-and-forth slide. Concept 2 RowErg can be easily stored after each workout – either be broken down into two segments and dragged by its caster wheels, or be hung on the wall with its space saving wall hanger (sold separately).

Q Who performs periodic maintenance after purchase? answer nowAsked by Carlo on October 3, 2022 2:41 pmA We can do the periodic maintenance for you, for a service fee. But given the simple construction of the Concept 2 Rower, it's not difficult at all to do. Send us a chat message directly and we can send a short video directly from Concept 2 on how to maintain it - consists basically of wiping of the rail and exterior, and oiling of the chain. Can be done once or twice a year.

- For items fitting standard pouches and boxes of our trusted delivery service providers, the shipping fee will be provided automatically upon checkout.
- For items with large or non-standard shipping dimensions, you will be prompted to request for a shipping fee quote upon checkout. Once a request is made by clicking on the prompt, expect to be notified of your shipping fee quote via email or sms within 24 business hours (excluding holidays and weekends). As a base guarantee, all your TheRack.Co purchases are eligible to be returned and fully refunded, or exchanged – for another size of the same item, or different item/s (with deficit to be further paid, or excess returned or kept as credit for you, the customer, to use for future purchases) – within 14 days after confirmed receipt of your purchase.
IMPORTANT DETAILS ON CLAIMS FOR RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES WITHIN THE 14-DAY PERIOD
What qualifies for Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:
- Item ordered doesn’t match the item delivered.
- Right after unwrapping / opening, the item is seen with slight to severe damages – discoloration, scratches, incomplete parts.
- Totally damaged – unusable and nonfunctional items.
- Size of your purchased item does not fit you. In this instance, please be aware that you will shoulder the process and delivery costs associated with the replacement (sending returns, picking up the exchanged items, etc.). Kindly wait for our confirmation of the availability of the preferred size before sending the item you have on hand back.
- You’re unhappy with the product you’ve purchased.
Please be aware of the following:- For consumable items, please use as little of it as possible. We’ll only consider eligibility if the item is at least 90% unused.
- Do not apply chalk, solution or any substance when you’re not yet satisfied or comfortable with your purchase. We will only consider purchased items eligible for returns, refunds, and exchanges if they’re unused (not used during trainings or workouts, deliberate torture testing,etc), in good condition (no chalks, solutions,liquids, sweat, etc were applied) and with no missing parts.
- Do not immediately destroy or throw away the original packaging. Items should be returned with the original packaging that is intact and no slight to severe damages.
- Do not intentionally subject your purchase to torture-test methods.
- TheRack.Co reserves the right to reject Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges requests if it sees that the item/s of concern do not meet the criteria. Thus, for the item/s of concern that don’t meet the requirements, the customer will shoulder the pick-up/delivery costs to return back the rejected item to his/her address.
- For any payments we’ll need to send your way, we may return them to you following the steps to be outlined below, or you may request to have those stored as credits for your future purchases at TheRack.Co.
ON WARRANTIES
The Warranty covers any defect in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. The Warranty Period varies per item, and starts on the day you’ve received your item/s. During the Warranty Period, you can file for a Warranty Claim, of which we’ll either refund your purchase in full, or replace the item – in whole or part depending on the item – at minimal to no extra charge. The replacement item will carry the remaining warranty of the original item.
The Warranty won’t cover any problems caused by:
- Conditions, malfunctions or damage not caused by defect in material or construction
- Theft or loss of the item
