Adapting the original product with a spheroid shape and a grippier exterior, AbMat developed the Barbell Bomb with the brilliance of Gut Wrench inventors Eric Chessen and Ryan Pitts. With the Barbell Bomb attached, you can do everything you would do with a traditional landmine, but finer. The Barbell Bomb’s slip-resistant exterior makes it possible for you to do high-intensity landmine movements on almost any type of training surface. Made with AbMat’s signature high-density foam, the lightweight barbell attachment can hold its position and rotate smoothly without needing a rack, wall, or weight plates.

Along with standard landmine movements (presses, rows, rotational work, squats, push jerk, lumberjack deadlifts, etc.), athletes can use the Barbell Bomb on the opposite end of the bar as a grip-friendly handle during push presses or goblet squats.

For items fitting standard pouches and boxes of our trusted delivery service providers, the shipping fee will be provided automatically upon checkout.
For items with large or non-standard shipping dimensions, you will be prompted to request for a shipping fee quote upon checkout. Once a request is made by clicking on the prompt, expect to be notified of your shipping fee quote via email or sms within 24 business hours (excluding holidays and weekends). What qualifies for Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:

Item ordered doesn’t match the item delivered.
Right after unwrapping / opening, the item is seen with slight to severe damages – discoloration, scratches, incomplete parts.

Size of your purchased item does not fit you. ON WARRANTIES

The Warranty covers any defect in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. The Warranty Period varies per item, and starts on the day you’ve received your item/s. During the Warranty Period, you can file for a Warranty Claim, of which we’ll either refund your purchase in full, or replace the item – in whole or part depending on the item – at minimal to no extra charge. The replacement item will carry the remaining warranty of the original item.
